There will be a need for competence to work with related municipal challenges.

Dynamic procurement system for consulting services related to enterprise architecture. The system typically includes business architecture, information architecture, technology architecture and security architecture based on current frameworks.

Dynamic purchasing systemfor consulting services within project and program management and portfolio management. The systemtypically includes:|| • managing digitization/development projects and sub-projects;|| • managing/facilitating requirements specification;|| • managing implementation and rollout projects on the supplier side;|| • supporting the introduction and exercise of portfolio management.|| The need may be related to the management of inter-municipal projects and programs, and the municipal part of joint projects with the state. Competence related to public administration, frameworks such as ‘Prosjektveiviseren’ and experience with flexible development and delivery methods may be relevant to require.
