Voluntary ex ante transparency notice: Compact bench model analysis platform for bio-markers for the University Hospital of North Norway Health Trust.

The University Hospital of North Norway HF shall procure a compact bench model analysis platform for biomarkers in faeces and biological medicines (TDM) in blood and intends to enter into agreement with XboXLab.After the completed market dialogue, the contracting authority is considering that there is only one supplier in the market who can deliver a system that together meets the defined need. The need includes: Analysis of both faeces biomarkers and biological medicines (TDM) in one and the same instrumentCompact bench model with limited space requirementsEffective and integrated work flow The Contracting Authority has assessed that a consolidated analysis platform – where several types of analyses are carried out on the same instrument – provides the best solution in terms of resource utilisation, work flow, trial handling and total economy. The procurement also includes entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of equipment specific reagents. The procurement will be made as a procurement without competition, as competition is impossible for technical reasons, cf. the Regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) § 13-4 letter b, point 2. The contract will be signed 10 days at the earliest after publication of the intention notice.
