Um den Bedarf an Wohnraum für Studierende in Stuttgart weiter zu mildern, beabsichtigt das Studierendenwerk Stuttgart im Bestandsgebäude (Bürohaus und Produktionshalle) Stöckachstraße 7 in Stuttgart, etwa 50 Einzelappartements, ggf. Zimmer mit eigener Nasszelle und Gemeinschaftsküche sowie Gemeinschaftsräumlichkeiten zu entwickeln.
