This Prior Information Notice is used to notify the market of the existence of a Panel for Occupational Medical Advisory Services to the Health and Safety Authority, originally advertised in 2024

The subject matter of this competition is considered as a Title III service within the context of Directive 2014/24/EU and the Contracting Authority is establishing a Panel. This Prior Information Notice is used for the annual re-advertisement of a Panel for Occupational Medical Advisory Services to the Health and Safety Authority, which was advertised for the first time on 12th February 2024. The panel and associated documents are available on www.etenders.gov.ie using Resource ID 3084925. Service providers interested in providing expert medical advice to the Authority in the area of occupational medicine to include but not limited to the preparation and development of policy and guidance on workplace health and workplace medicine and where necessary to assist the Authority in discharging the functions set out in Section 63 of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 are invited to express an interest in this competition. Applicants who have already applied and qualified onto the panel do not need to reapply. Please note this service is not to be confused with a separate occupational health service provided for the Authority’s staff.
