The scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System are 3GPP compliant end user devices to be used in Virve 2.0 network. Devices will be divided to four main categories:|| 1) Rugged heavy use handheld devices;|| 2) Rugged smartphones;|| 3) COTS-like smartphones;|| 4) fixed vehicle devices.|| Requirements for availability, security, performance etc. are of typical public safety grade unless otherwise stated in request for tendering specifications.
