Die technische Hilfe für das G2-System (SETA) in Phase CDE zielt darauf ab, die ESA auf Systemebene in ihrer Funktion als Systemarchitekt für die zweite Generation von Galileo und den Übergang von System PDR zu System CDR und dann bis hin zur Qualifikation für Systemtests und Systemaufbau zu unterstützen.
