System for uncovering risk conditions by the agency’s suppliers.

The Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (the Customer) signs many contracts with suppliers in different branches. The contracting authority needs to follow-up the service providers ́ seriousness for the purpose of preventing work-life crime and breach of contract. The Agency thus needs a system that collates and makes relevant information available for uncovering risks at the department's suppliers. The system is planned to be used for background checks by suppliers before signing the contract and for following-up risk conditions during the contract ́s lifetime.
