Supplier conference: ØKOBAR – National analysis programme for stretchoding and sequencing.

How can DNA stretching improve monitoring of the coastal and fresh water environment? We look forward to diving into this question when we invite supplier conferences for the pending procurement ØKOBAR. ØKOBAR is a new national analysis programme that shall develop and operate a common platform for the use of molecular methods on marine phytoplankton and benthic fauna in fresh water. In the long term the platform is wanted to be expanded to several organism groups, provided that the methodology and work flow are sufficiently standardised. The supplier conference will be held in the Norwegian Environment Agency ́s premises in Helsfyr.
