Stage 1: New customer system / integration platform – VESAR

VESAR will systematise and standardise work processes and tasks in a complete and seamless system to automate manual processes, remove time thefts and weed away sources of human errors. The aim is to make Vesar efficient in cooperation with the inhabitants/users and the internal and external actors involved in operation, logistics and communication. Most importantly, the delivery will include development and integration of software, operational assistance and ongoing updates of systems in the contract period. The competition is for the delivery of a cloud based system for the management of sanitation services, which is adapted for both household and business sanitation. In addition to the completed commissioned system, the delivery will also include assistance, system and programme updates and further development.
