SRO Service Agreement 2026 for Ørsted Danish Bio Power Plants

Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S intends to award ABB A/S an Agreement without prior publication of a contract.
The contract covers year-round support for Ørsted’s Danish bio plant(s) using ABB automation/DCS systems, including service management, access to ABB’s online portal , ABB Automation Software Maintenance (ASM) licenses/subscription, defined cybersecurity/maintenance activities, and emergency support.
Scope of services:
• Service management (dedicated Service Manager)
• MyABB / My Control System access
• Automation Software Maintenance (ASM) licences/subscription
• Validated Microsoft security patching
• Backup maintenance/checks
• Antivirus updates
• Advanced remote service
• Emergency support and emergency contact
