sRFT for the Provision of ICT Resources to work in the Department’s Business Intelligence Development Team

To procure suitably skilled, creative and forward-thinking resources to supplement the team who will work with DSP resources to:
- Design, build and deliver solutions to reporting requirements of the Department’s business areas.
- Continue to develop, build and maintain the Department’s Data Warehouses
- Assist and advise on new Business Intelligence toolsets and future state technologies
- Advise on information architecture best practices
- Work with business areas to fulfil reporting requirements to drive operational efficiency and inform decision making, using visualisation and dashboard solutions as needed.
- Work with other teams engaged in the overall support, maintenance and enhancement of core systems to ensure continuity of services and delivery of quality solutions
- Upskill DSP staff through the medium of coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and skills transfer. Mini competition from the Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the delivery of the Department of Social Protection Technical Platform Development
