Die Stabsstelle für staatliche Liegenschaften (SSL) ist für die Planung, Realisierung und Bereitstellung von Gebäuden und Flächen zuständig. Zur Unterstützung dieser Aufgaben soll eine Softwarelösung beschafft werden, welche die Prozesse im Bereich Bauadministration, Bau-kostencontrolling und Projektmanagement digital unterstützt.
