Tromsø and Karlsøy Municipalities would like to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for procurement of support measures for children and youths that are not covered by the municipalities' own measures.|| Competitions will be held under this system to meet the need for the following measures:|| — guidance;|| — respite care at farm;|| — residential measures;|| — environmental therapy;|| — expert elucidations.|| Further details will be given in each competition, there can be deviations from the list.
