Snow clearing and winter maintenance

Hå municipality (hereafter called the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a tender contest for snow clearing and winter maintenance. The contract period is 3+1+1 years. The contract is divided into sub-contracts based on geographical zones: Ogna, Sirevåg and the surrounding area. Minimum two machines (snow clearing vehicles) are required. Brusand and the surrounding area. Minimum one machine (snow clearing vehicle) is required. Must also have snow blower. Vigrestad, Stokkelandsmarka and the surrounding area. Minimum two machines (snow clearing vehicles) are required. Varhaug and the surrounding area. Minimum two machines (snow clearing vehicles) are required. The current zone map is currently attached. The contracting authority will prepare updated zone maps before the start of the assignment. Tenderers can submit tenders one or more sub-contracts. The contract extent is estimated to approx. NOK 5 million in total for all zones over a 5 year period, but a contract will not oblige the contracting authority to a specific extent as this will vary largely depending on weather conditions. The maximum contract value is NOK 7,000,000,000.
