Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Human Resource Management & Payroll System and Associated Services

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition; it is the intention that a call for competition will be placed within the next 12 months. Asiera is Ireland’s digital partner for education and research, delivering secure digital infrastructure and services as the foundation for all learning and research in Ireland. At the request of both the Department of Education & Youth and the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Asiera intends to invite submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability relating to the provision of a fully hosted and managed HR Management and Payroll System to Higher & Further Education and Research organisations. As part of this process, Asiera wishes to take market soundings to identify market capabilities, supply cost factor and general market dynamics with a view to developing the relevant tender documentation. Details of procurement pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. Asiera does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice.
