The MGS projects involves metagenomics profiling of 7,500samples from different projects and cohorts, including DAG4 samples, IBD and LL-NEXT cohorts.
Most samples are fecal DNA samples from adults, while the project also includes fecal DNA samples from infants, oral DNA samples, and breask milk samples.
