SERVICE CONTRACT FOR END-BENEFICIARY STUDIES OF BIO’S INVESTMENTS

The purpose of this contract is to carry out six (6) studies focusing on the end-beneficiaries of BIO's investments from a development point of view over the period 2026 - 2028. This public contract is awarded as a single-participant framework agreement, in accordance with Article 43 of the Law of 17 June 2016. The framework agreement establishes the subject of the contracts to be concluded during the validity period of the agreement. Throughout the duration of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts based on this framework agreement are awarded in accordance with the conditions laid down in these tender specifications. The terms set concern in particular 1) the hourly rate prices and 2) the quantities envisaged. Certain elements can be specified when the subsequent contracts are awarded (e.g. the concrete quantities to be executed at that time). The framework agreement therefore offers a degree of flexibility, allowing certain conditions to be specified or supplemented after it has been concluded.
