Science Lab Refurb – De La Salle College, Waterford

Internal upgrade and refurbishment of existing science labs; 1 No. at first floor C-Corridor (main building) and 3 No. at ground floor level, including 1 No. Demonstration room, hallway, circulation area, office and ground floor WC. Refurbishment works to include upgrades to science labs and demonstration room to current Dept. of Education standards, inclusive of a full Mechanical and Electrical upgrades, furniture fit-out, black-out blinds, etc. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes to be installed throughout. Works to be carried out in two separate phases. PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form Contract.
