Sales of recycling paper

The sale is not covered by the law and regulations on public procurements.

The competition is for the sale of return paper from households in Oslo municipality, a selection of business customers as well as from the contracting authority ́s recycling stations. The assignment includes receipt and treatment of the recycling paper.

The tender contest is published as a prior information notice through Artifik for competition and equal treatment. As a starting point, the competition will be decided on the basis of the submitted tenders. However, we reserve the right to negotiate all conditions, including absolute requirements.
