RFI – Individually facilitated school transport and booked traffic in Nedre Glomma and Moss 2027.

The current agreements on individually facilitated school transport (ITS) and booked traffic (Flex) in Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Råde and Moss municipalities expire 1 August 2027. The aim of this RFI is to give the market the opportunity to share insights, experiences and proposals for organisation in new agreements before the tender documentation is prepared. Note that this RFI is not a competition and does not involve any obligations for the Contracting Authority.
