RFI – Framework agreement for interior architect services

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Finance and Administration, is now in the planning phase of a new framework agreement to cover the municipality ́s need for interior architect services (IARK).

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure efficient and easy access for the service to the municipality ́s entities.

The municipality ́s need is more and varied, of both type, scope and complexity. There will be a need for IARK in large projects within offices, schools/nurseries and institutions, but also in minor projects. There are often different considerations that need to be taken care of, and there are high requirements for functionality, robustness, user friendliness, safety, ergonomics and environmental impact in accordance with public environments.
