Hypotheses HSØ PO and OUS want to test out in the market (core points to RFI) to support the operative business is: A digital twin will reduce operational deviations by providing real time and predictive insight One common management and monitoring system will enable fewer operational technicians to operate all hospitals efficiently Improve the utilisation of existing and new locations can provide more capacity gains Automation of clarification for operation can provide seamless and faster transition from project implementation to operationWe believe that a system can support a Control Tower for functions other than logistics.
