Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for second hand furniture and fixtures consisting of 3 parts:|| A. Procurement of second hand furniture with the accompanying services for a value of NOK 100 000 or more;|| B. Renovation of the municipality's second hand furniture;|| C. Sale of second hand furniture for the municipality's institutions.|| An identical DPS has been announced for Bærum and Drammen Municipalities.|| Procurements of second hand furniture and fixtures as well as accompanying services for a value below NOK 100 000 will be made via separate framework agreements.
