Provision of Non-Emergency Transport for HSE Service Users in the Kildare and West Wicklow Area as part of the Dublin Midlands Region

The HSE, acting on behalf of the Kildare and West Wicklow Area as part of the Dublin Midlands Region, wishes to put in place a contract with a Single Service Provider for the provision of non-emergency transport for HSE Service Users from locations in the Kildare and West Wicklow area to the Beacon Renal Clinics at the below two locations, to avail of dialysis services: 1. Beacon Renal Sandyford, Block 2, Beacon South Quarter Sandyford, Dublin 18. 2. Beacon Renal Tallaght, Unit D 06, Belgard Square West, Dublin 24.
