Project pilot for social housing in Anne-Kath. Parows veg – sale of municipal site – Invitation to market dialogue

Trondheim municipality, c/o the Ownership Unit, plans to sell all or parts of the site in Anne-Kath. Parows Road. The Ownership Unit is considering whether special terms shall be set for the sale in order to ensure a more inclusive and social housing construction, in line with the goals of the Leangen Declaration and the Trondheim Pledge.Before we announce the competition, we invite tenderers to dialogue meetings with the market. Here we will inform about the project and would like input for the implementation of the competition and what possibilities are available to achieve the best possible project. Husbanken will also participate in a joint meeting and inform about the possibility room in the government loan and grant schemes. See the annex for further information.
