The competition is for the delivery of a project manager for the museum and site development project Stiklestad for a new thousand years. 

The procurement also includes sha coordinator for the planning phase, as well as options for the builder ombudsman and HSE coordinator for the execution phase.

The procurement ́s value is estimated to: more than NOK 2,300,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage.

This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and environment, cf. the Regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are directed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery. Cf. DFØ ́s environment supervisor.

Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, c.f. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement as this is considered disproportionate, as there is a need for specialised competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to hold, c.f. the apprentice regulations § 6(4), as well as because the works are normally carried out by only one person.
