Drammen municipality uses ServiceNow internally for all employees on a separate service portal. In addition modules are used for ITIL-based processes, where users can register errors on technical equipment or generally request assistance (helpdesk) and enquiries are followed-up if it is Request, Incidents, Changes etc. Separate processes have also been established for HR, including onboarding of new employees, a service in ServiceNow. The municipality currently uses the modules PSDS, ITSM, SPM, HR, CSM in ServiceNow. A assistance contract shall be established for ServiceNow that ensures access to specialised consultancy competence as well as resources to assist with everything from the development of simple user systems in ServiceNow to more complicated tasks connected to architecture, integrations, secure management, upgrading and support of the municipality ́s ServiceNow systems. The resources shall assist the municipality ́s own ServiceNow team and ensure that competence connected to what is developed is transferred to the municipality.
