Procurement of an interaction tool

The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate ("NVE", "Contracting Authority" or "The Customer") is responsible for administering the country's water and energy resources. NVE shall ensure safe electricity supply and to improve society's ability to handle floods and avalanche hazards. NVE has its main office in Oslo and regional offices in Narvik, Trondheim, Førde, Tønsberg and Hamar.In addition NVE has rock slide monitoring in Stranda and Kåfjord. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a network based interaction tool for use in projects within the area of responsibility for the avalanche and watercourses department in NVE. NVE has not previously had its own digital interaction scale. Teams, e-mails, the case and archive system P360 are currently used, etc., to handle the exchange and storage of information in projects.
