Procurement of a process based management system.

Bane NOR would like to develop into a more process driven organisation, where management, interaction and improvement are based on clear processes and responsibility. A new process based management system shall be procured that shall contribute to solving the current challenges connected to compliance, quality and interaction across the organisation, and facilitate continual improvement and better management. The procured system shall support the development of Bane NOR as a process driven organisation.
