Prior information notice – Invitation to a market dialogue for the procurement of passenger transport services for elderly persons and persons with disabilities to/from day centres and VTA in Bergen municipality and Askøy municipality.

Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for elderly persons, health and welfare (BEHO) invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market ahead of the planned procurement of passenger transport services for elderly persons and persons with disabilities to and from the day centre and activity centre and VTA in Bergen municipality and in Askøy municipality. Questions to the competition and information are gathered in the attached document. The registration deadline for the market dialogue is friday 19.06, 15:00. Dialogue will be held in weeks 25 and 26 (16.06.26 - 27.06.26). The format of the market dialogue will be one-to-one meetings in which each tenderer will individually present their answers to the questions described in the attached document. The presentation shall be sent to the contracting authority before the meeting via the communication module in Mercell. The registered tenderers shall give feedback on the desired day and time of the market dialogue via the Mercell communications tab, as well as information on who participates from the supplier side with an e-mail address for them. Both the contracting authority and the tenderer will be able to ask questions in the meeting.
