Preliminary Market Consultation for the Project Planning Design of the Holtavirkjun Hydropower

Landsvirkjun is preparing to continue the development of the Holtavirkjun Hydropower Project (HOV HPP). Landsvirkjun intends to issue an Invitation to Tender (ITT) by March 2026 for Planning Design works to progress project development. Three additional consultancy scopes are intended to be tendered in the future to support the development and construction of the project, including:
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
Tender Design and Detailed Design (combined scope)
Supervision of Construction Works (Owner’s Engineer)
