PIN – Application Support and Development Services

ESB’s business is dependent on a suite of critical IT Applications, which are managed to high standards of reliability and security. Previously this has been achieved utilising internal teams and external vendors engaged under the IT frameworks.

ESB is currently undertaking an options analysis to determine the optimal delivery model and sourcing strategy for future Application Support and Development Services. This is a market consultation that is being carried out in advance of issuing a Contract Notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.

A key component of this options analysis is to identify what the market can deliver and to understand how the market can support and deliver ESB’s capacity requirements in the short, medium, and long term.
