Part 1: Procurement of a trade system for PP services

Indigo IKT IKS (Indigo), together with its owner municipalities, shall procure a new trade system for PP services. Indigo is an intermunicipal ICT company that operates, administers and develops systems for nine municipalities in Innlandet county. The following municipalities are owners of the company: Hamar, Løten, Stange, Nord-Odal, Sør-Odal, Kongsvinger, Grue, Åsnes and Våler (Innlandet). In addition to being an IT partner for the owner municipalities, Indigo ICT provides services to several other public entities in the region, including cinemas, waterworks, fire brigades etc.
