P20862 Upcoming Hotel Development Opportunity at Dublin Airport

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of Dublin Airport’s intention to seek a partner to develop and operate a new Hotel at Dublin Airport.

The Opportunity
Dublin Airport has experienced strong traffic growth over the last number of years with record passenger numbers of 32 million passengers passing through the airport in 2024. Dublin Airport will go to market this year to identify the most suitably qualified Hotel Operator to work in partnership with the airport to develop and operate a large-scale hotel, in the inner campus in the vicinity of Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport.

Dublin Airport will tender this opportunity. daa is inviting Hotel Operators to meet as part of a market research initiative prior to the launch of the tender and to understand the opportunity.
