Operational contract – Market survey (RFI)

Drammen municipality will soon announce a competition for a framework agreement for operational and maintenance assignments on municipal road and traffic areas, the accompanying squares, places and with accompanying side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Drammen municipality. The quantity is approx. 327 km driving route, approx. 103 km Foot/cycle path and approx. 100,000 m2 with squares and carriageways. The contract will be valid for up to 7 years, including an option. The framework agreement is currently estimated to approx. Drammen municipality emphasises that this is provisional information and that changes in the final notice can occur. Drammen municipality would like feedback/input and proposals from the market before the final announcement. The purpose of the notice is twofold. Firstly Drammen municipality would like the coming competition to be in accordance with the market as a whole so that the competition is more attractive and easier to participate in, for as many tenderers as possible. Secondly, Drammen municipality would like to find an appropriate way to safeguard the needs of the users of the future contract, as efficiently as possible.
