Open tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement for on demand provision of armoured vehicle rental services and auxiliary security services, including the deployment of Liaison Security Officers (LSO), Security Oriented Drivers (SOD), and the provision of information, risk analysis and security-related service

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of armoured vehicle rental and auxiliary security services, including drivers, liaison officers and the provision of information, risk analysis and security-related services in support of institutional missions in Ukraine on an on-demand basis. The framework agreement shall therefore be awarded as a single lot, comprising:
• The provision and deployment of armoured vehicles with Security Oriented Drivers.
• The mobilisation of Security Oriented Drivers as a stand-alone service, independent from vehicle rental, for the operation and driving of vehicles owned or made available by the Contracting Authority.
• The mobilisation and deployment of Liaison-Security Officers.
• The provision of information, risk analysis, security planning and operational support services, including pre-mission assessments and continuous support during mission execution through an operational control centre.
