Non-scheduled passenger transport

SPT is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of subsidised local transport services.|| To join this DPS you must firstly complete a Qualification which consists of a technical envelope and an ESPD (European Single Procurement Document). The ESPD allows suppliers to self-declare that they:|| a— do not fall within a ground for exclusion (or, if they do, they can demonstrate that they have taken self-cleansing measures), and|| b— meet the relevant selection criteria.|| Once the qualification has been completed and approved, applicants will be added to a list of suppliers that will be invited to tender for future contracting opportunities in the form of mini-competitions.|| Please note: suppliers must be in possession of a PSV licence or permit to qualify.
