Newborn heel prick screening cards

The objective of this ITT is to fulfil the need for Newborn Screening Cards (NSCs) for the Dutch Newborn Heel Prick Screening programme (including the Dutch Caribbean) in conformance with the scope of supply by contracting one Supplier. The NSCs will be supplied as a set, i.e. a Newborn Screening Card inserted in an open white envelope. Insertion of the NSC in the white envelope will be performed by Supplier.
