Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication

Clúid Housing has previously tendered and awarded an above-threshold contract for Construction Management Employer’s Representative Services in 2023 (OJEU Reference:2023/S 205-644245). Due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the Contracting Authority, which resulted in an extended construction programme and required additional construction expertise, the scope of this contract will be modified by more than 50% of the original contract value advertised. Clúid intends to direct award the extension of the contract in keeping with this notice.
