National road 70 Trollsvingen/Røsslyngveien and public transport lane Goma-Atlanten

The contract is a part of Bypakke Kristiansund, which was approved in the Norwegian Parliament 3 June 2025.

Bypakke Kristiansund is a co-operation between Kristiansund municipality, Møre og Romsdal county and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration in order to develop an efficient, safe and environmentally friendly transport system in Kristiansund.

The contract "National Road 70 Trollsvingen – Røsslyngveien and public transport lane Goma-Atlanten" shall contribute to the intention of the city package; connection between urban development and the development of transport systems and laying the basis for more of the growth in passenger transport being taken by public transport, bicycle and walking.

The contract work includes, among other things, the construction of a new roundabout, subways, public transport lane, side road and cycle path with a pavement as well as two car parks.
