Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Conservation Architectural Services with Conservation Engineering Support (Projects under €1m)

Kildare County Council intends to establish a multi party framework agreement for Consultancy Services for Conservation Architectural Services with Conservation Engineering Support for projects less than €1million euros. The framework will be procured through a single stage tender procedure, under which all interested parties may submit a tender; however, only those meeting the required selection criteria financial and technical capacity will proceed to evaluation under the award criteria. The framework agreement will be established on the basis of tenderers’ responses to the scope of services, which outlines a typical basket of conservation architect and conservation engineer consultancy services.
