Moodle SaaS Service and Implementation Project

We are seeking a European Moodle Premium Certified Partner (https://moodle.com/services/certified-service-providers) with a proven track record in implementing and hosting large-scale Moodle installations for European higher education institutions in a managed cloud hosting model. The Supplier must host both Moodle Workplace and the cloud infrastructure — for example, in a private AWS cloud.

The Supplier must also have a strong track record in Moodle service development, such as integrations, plugin development, and other additional services. Please provide examples, such as client success stories or a list of developed plugins as attachments.

This Request for Proposal includes mandatory requirements for the Moodle Supplier, listed in section 3.1. Failure to meet these requirements will result in exclusion from the tendering process. In addition, the Supplier must comply with the UEF IT System Procurement Requirements (see Appendix 1). The Moodle solution must fulfil UEF use cases, which are described on Section 3.4. and its subsections — see also Appendixes 6-9 for more details. The Procurement Criteria can be found on Appendix 10.
