Monitoring reference rivers (RefElv)

Monitoring reference rivers (RefElv) is part of the national basic monitoring under the Water Regulations and contributes to Norway's obligations and fulfilment of the EU Water Directive. The programme also has longer time series that are particularly important for monitoring climate effects in Norwegian waterways.
