Monitoring and press service

The procurement consists of two (2) delivery areas.

Delivery area 1: Media monitoring and analysis.

The procurement is for media monitoring and media analysis for Norsk Tipping. The aim is to ensure access to a comprehensive system for monitoring, collection and analysis of editorial and other relevant content across a broad spectrum of media channels, including printed and digital media, radio, TV, podcasts, blogs, vloggers as well as publications from political parties, organisations and other relevant interest groups.

Norsk Tipping needs an analysis tool that can measure and analyse media coverage, including scope, thematic and denominations. The system shall support simple reporting and extracting data in a user friendly and visually accessible format.

Delivery area 2: Press release service.

The procurement includes press service and a press portal for Norsk Tipping. The system shall facilitate the distribution of press releases and other information to the media through updated address lists and subscriber systems, as well as provide an opportunity to measure the response and range of sent materials. Furthermore, the solution shall include a press portal adapted to Norsk Tipping's website, where press releases, pictures, documents and other relevant press material can be collected, published and made available to the press and other interested parties.
