Market survey – Personal equipment and clothing for maritime military operations

Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is preparing a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of personal equipment and clothing for maritime military operations. This market survey is part of the preparation for the procurement. The aim is to obtain non-binding input from the market on the technical requirements, contract structure and the commercial terms such as expected price level, delivery time and capacity. This RFI is not a competition for a contract and will not in itself lead to contract signing. Participation is voluntary and will occur at the tenderers ́ own expense.
