Market survey ICT operational contract

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for DigitalIsation (DIG) invites actors within ICT operational services to a market dialogue connected to Oslo municipality ́s need for a new ICT operations contract.

The market survey consists of 3 parts:

Part 1: Information meeting: Presentation of Oslo municipality ́s needs and vision for a new ICT operations contract.

Part 2: Written input on the market survey: The market participants are requested to respond to subjects requested by Oslo municipality.

Part 3: One-on-one meetings: Individual meetings between the market participants and Oslo municipality.

The new operations contract shall help DIG with robust deliveries of the municipality ́s total need for ICT operational services. The contract shall ensure frictionless deliveries from the new operations supplier and DIG as a Shared Service Center, to the municipality ́s entities and their third-party suppliers of core systems and professional applications. There is a need for a contract that is robust and future orientated, that allows for technological innovation and development.
