Market survey hire temporary school premises Gjøvik

Gjøvik municipality is planning a new secondary school in Hunndalen and must secure temporary teaching premises for pupils and employees during the alteration period.

The need is expected to be from August 2027 (moving furniture/fixtures in advance). Delays may occur; The municipality would therefore like flexibility in the start-up date. Any adaptations in the premises will necessarily take time before moving in. The estimated length of the premises being used is 24 months.

Gjøvik municipality would like to ask the property market locally if there are existing premises that can be used to meet the municipality ́s needs. See the attached document for further information.
