Market survey – Framework agreement for the purchase of institution furniture

Randaberg municipality, Sola municipality and Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, plans to hold a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of new institution furniture for the contract period 2026 – 2028 (2030).

The estimated contract value is approx. NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT.

The contracting authority would like to have a good dialogue with the market so that the competition can be held in the best possible way and therefore we would like their input on the tender documentation in it's entirety. Feedback will be important for the Contracting Authority organising a good and realistic competition.

The contracting authority would like feedback and input on various open questions, in addition to input on the draft of the tender documentation for the competition.

An important point with the market dialogue is also to be able to adapt the competition in a way that safeguards the obligation to weight climate and the environment with a minimum of 30%, ref. procurement regulations § 7-9.
