Market survey: Data acquisition within fisheries and marine management

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) is carrying out a market survey on behalf of the Coast Guard for solutions for operative data acquisition within fisheries and marine management. The system should be usable on mobile devices.

NDMA invites the market to provide feedback regarding products/solutions for the automatic or semi-automatic measurement of fish and shellfish. This includes solutions for length measurement, weight estimation, and species identification based on image analysis and/or sensors/scanning. The solution is intended for use in the Coast Guard’s fisheries inspection activities.

The purpose of this market survey is to give potential suppliers the opportunity to present and describe relevant products and solutions in relations to a possible future procurement.
