Market dialogue – Batteries, electrical material and light sources.

Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is in the process of submitting tenders for a new framework agreement for batteries, electrical material and light sources. In this connection, the contracting authority would like to invite the market to a dialogue before the competition. The municipality particularly wants feedback on whether previous divisions in the following sub-contracts are still applicable: electro material light sources and the batteries dialogue will take place in writing with an initial round (questions/answers). Then any questions will be announced as additional information under the "Communication" tab. There will be relatively short reply deadlines, and replies received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work with the procurement. If needed, the contracting authority will invite tenderers to one-to-one meetings. Attached is the tender documentation, requirements, criteria, tender form and contract terms that were used in 2022. These will be the starting points for the first round of questions and answers.
